Custom orders are not cancelable after 7 days, of placing the order is been started.
a 25 % designers fee will be appiled to al cancelations, to cover any cost incurred in the prosses to develop custom product.
We do not acept returns in custom orders,as each orders goes trough intense design and specification revisions with clients, to make sure we produce as close as posible to the design.
All of our product is concidered artistic and hand made, some variations ocure due to the nature of the materals we use.

Some areas may have a exclusivity in some colelctions.
