A Two-Year Journey Before We Even Begin

The journey of crafting one of our tables begins long before resin is ever mixed. Once we select a slab, the first step is patience.

Each piece of wood goes through a long air-drying phase, which can last up to two full years. This slow, natural drying process allows the wood to stabilize gradually and reduces internal stress. We let the wood breathe, adapt, and reach equilibrium with its environment.

Following this, the slabs are transferred to a kiln drying chamber, where they are brought to a precise moisture content—typically between 6% and 8%. This ensures the wood will not warp, crack, or shift after it’s been crafted into a finished product.

Only when the wood has passed both time and technical inspection do we move to the design phase. Because a great resin table doesn’t begin with resin—it begins with respect.
